Tracker goes nuts during a mob battle on the Shacknews server

As seen in the movie Aliens. Displays the location of nearby mobs (configurable for hostile, neutral, player, or any combo thereof). Press M to bring up the menu for options.

Install instructions in the zip. RequiresRisugami’s audio modfor the sound. Does not needModloader.

Fix for welcome screen not working, changes to make compatible with zan’s minimap (both can be installed in either order, overwiting the one shared file, and both will work)
