A simple mod designed to add additional biomes using only trees and other resources included with theMinecraftsource-code. It was not designed to revamp the way your world generates, but instead pays homage to the (way better) biomes of 1.7, as well as introduce some fresh new ones. Some biomes even now have a variation.

Unfortunately, there are too many biomes to screenshot, and I only wanted to screenshot my favorite one’s. So I’ll just post their name, and maybe for some, descriptions, right here.

• Autumn Woods,
• Birch Forest,
• Forested Hills,
• Forested Islands,
• Glacier,
• Green Hills,
• Green Swamp,
• Ice Mountains, (The Ice Mountains were actually made by Notch, he just never allowed them to spawn for no reason.)
• Jungle,
• Meadow,
• Mountain Desert,
• Mountain Taiga,
• Rainforest (as seen in the banner image.)
• Savanna,
• Shrubland,
• Snow Forest.

Warning: This will ‘scramble’ your worlds biomes, causing a massive climactic shift. It won’t affect your seed, but it will the biomes. This is recommended for new worlds only. Removing the mod, though, will restore your world to normal.

Yes, these are compatible with Strongholds, villages, wolfs, ect.
